‘How to check’ your product
Step 1
Locate the Official Licensed Product sticker from the product’s packaging.
If you cannot locate the sticker, type “MISSING” in the Product Search and click the CHECK button.

Step 2
Locate the Serial Number from the sticker, and type this number in the Product Search.
NOTE: You must include letters, and do not add spaces.
